Congratulations to Kathleen Aldona Duff Miss World Australia Finalist 2010!

Twenty Young, hopeful girls gathered on Sunday afternoon to compete for the Victorian Crown of the Miss World Australia title. The event, held at the Whitehouse Institute of Design in Melbourne, attracted a large crowd of supporters and was hosted by Make Me a Supermodel winner Ryhs Uhlich and social personality Chantelle Raleigh.

Awards were given to contestants based on three key judging requirements to make the cut, which included Health and Fitness, Talent, Presentation, Presence and Poise. Successful candidates had to exude healthy bodies and promote a positive body image to the public.

Kathleen Aldona Duff, an ex-athlete and aspiring young actress/model took out two of three awards, Presentation, Presence & Poise and Health & Fitness.
Kathleen will now go on to compete at the National Australian Finals in Sydney next year. From there, only one will be chosen to represent Australia at the World Finals in Vietnam.

Australian Movie - The Loved Ones
Xavier Samuel

Westendhair by Olga Sutcliffe was responsible for the application and removal of hair extensions used to create the Brent (Xavier Samuel) look.

The procedure was carried out by Olga under the design of Zeljka Stanin.

It included total of 18 hrs work over 2 days of bonding of colour mixed and prewaved hair as well as colour correction on Xavier own hair.

The hair was than styled and cut by Zeljka into the required look for the film.

The extensions were re cut into a shorter style for opening sequence the of film and than another 8hours over 2 days were spent with olga reconstructing Xavier hair back to his own.

We'd like to thank Olga at Westendhair - 48 Chapel Street, For her contribution to making this possible. With her time flexibility and input ..at an enormous saving at tonly the cost of hair strands.

Xavier Samuel is currently filming his new movie The Twilight Sage:Eclipse with Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. Xavier will be playing the role of Riley.

Sexy Paul Telfer as Hercules, Kristian Schimid as eurystheus, both wearing hair extensions done by Olga Sutcliffe (westend hair) Filmed in New Zealand. Leelee Sobieski as Delancira was also coloured with seamless foils by Olga using a cocktail of colours to duplicate her L.A. hairdresser's pervious work. Olga was flown over to New Zealand to create the look with her colour expertise and matching skills. Working together with a great team of other talented make up artists and hairdressers, who specialise in the film industry.

Rachael Hunter(super model/actress) with West End Hair's very own Olga Sutcliffe. Olga used her own mixed method technique for Racheal's hair extension's using hand made Russian wefts. Rachael recently visited Melbourne, Australia whilst shooting the new Australian comedy "You and your Stupid Mate"

Relase weave, micro tube horizontal and vertical single extensions through out the sides. We also coloured her hair with foils, fine foils and slices of highlights and lowlights to complement her natural tones.

Raising money for the SOS Children's Villages, Karen & David are travelling from Norway right through to Newcastle and the Hunter Valley in a 1964 sports car, a Triumph TR4. They are doing this to raise money for the SOS Children's Villages who give orphaned and abandoned children a family, home and a future.

Westendhair showed their support by giving Karen a new look with hair extensions. In Karen and David's trip journal, Karen says: "Karen had hair extensions put in by Olga at West End Hair which are fabulous."
