Westendhair have a 100% fix-it guarantee; we will perform for free any necessary maintenance on your extensions to make sure they work for you. To that end, if you believe that anything at all is wrong with your extensions or you have any questions, please call or email us before deciding that something is a problem (it might not be!) You must contact us here at westendhair before pursuing other remedies or taking out the extensions, or the above guarantee no longer applies - after all, we can not fix what isn't on your head anymore.
