Sonya's Experience

Sonya emailed us looking for a solution to her hairloss problem. I asked if she could send me picture so I could see the extent of her problem.

Sonya, amoung other hair loss sufferers in Australia. was highly recomended to us by Lucinda Ellery located in the UK. She is renowned for her hair loss methods, Lucinda's clients are many celebrities and clients suffering from many hairloss conditions. She has written a book on the subject and has appeared on many TV shows.

After:

Sonya's wedding is coming soon and she really needed some help. Her professional photos will be up on the web in May 2008. We have taken a few pictures in the salon to let you see what can be done.

The method used was a mixture of bridging and thread webbing to eliminate the area of loss at the back. We used one of our medium top volumisers for the top and fringe area using South American Virgin hair which has a nice natural wave when it is left to dry naturally.

As you can see it looks super.

Sonya can comb and style like she would her own hair. For many of our clients, this means a lot psychologically, the hair becomes part of you, opposed to wearing a wig.

The indian hair used was blended to match the same colour as our models natural colour. The volumiser has transformed the appearance and helped deture and disguise the very common problem of triclomania.

Model has had hair extensions and a top volumiser applied. We used South American virgin hair with a wave. If preferred, this hair can be straightened. Our model has a genetic hair loss, which thins out through the top area. This model is very sporty and active, will be travelling overseas soon and enjoys swimming. We chose this type of hair as it is easy to maintain and is long lasting.

Ashley is an up and coming model. Often for photo shoots she needs to change her hair and look. Here is a preview of some of our shoots using Eurotexture clip in hair extensions. We clipped in 3 layers to her natural hair and styled them out into a 70's look, a loose but classic hair up, and asymmetricloose cocktail wear and a cute pinned pulled back pony tail. Cost of 3 layers depending on length $450, costing of 2 layers often used with longer hair than Ashleys $300. Clip ins are a neccessary accesory. You can buy online or come in. We will show you where to clip them in, but and blend them with your own natural hair and show you how to style them! Fitting cut and blend all free of charge. Book in, it will take 40 minutes.

	Ashley's hair has been put up in an asymmetric loose hair up, which still looks classic.
	Again we did a hair up loosly pinned into a pony tail. Its young and can work on any occassion.
	Another hair up, pulled away form her face, and styled in large pin curls.

Beverly's Before & After Experience

Beverly came into the salon unhappy with her look and wanted a makeover. Her hair was curly and fine and the fringe and front area were thin compared to the back. Her colour was a washed out blonde and her hair looked fried. We wanted to address these problems and create a fresh new look for her.
Before:


First we changed the colour of her hair. It is still blonde but now has a depth 2 shades darker and has sprinkles of lighter high lights. This look instantly suited our client's skin colour. Next we cut and added shape to the very round-looking, no-style hair cut that she had. We blow dried her hair while training her how to do this on her own. She picked the technique up VERY quickly. Next we used a medium T volumiser, Human Hair Indian, to target her fringe while parting and crowning. It is easy to place and clip in. We then cut a new fringe and blended it into her own hair. The client will be going back to England where she will be able to manage this look herself. The T volumiser retails at $350.

Laura lives in Las Vegas, she sent us pictures (in jpg format) for the areas she wated to transform. They were Daylight pictures from the back side and front, she also sent us measurements for what she wanted.

Clare's Before & After Experience

Style 1 – T Sectioning Top Piece
As you can see Clare had fine hair, not due to any medications or particular disorder. To deal with this particular problem we had a few new looks that would suit Clare.

After:

Clare has on T Sectioning Volumiser to fill out the fringe and parting area. It is light weight and can be clipped in or attached for up to 5-6 weeks.

We have fitted eurotexture hair using the micro cushion horizontal method, as well as fusion singles. Alycia’s hair has been coloured with browns and red copper highlights framing her features. The hair fitted was approximately 18-20 inch in length. As you can see she’s HOT

Katrina's Experience

Cherine has extremely fine hair as a result of female pattern baldness, which has been progressively thinning within the last year. Cherine's solution was Westendhair who have been putting in hair extensions for the last eight months. Three layers of genuine 100% european hand-made wefts from the nape to just above the occipital bone.

As an additional component a revolutionary new hair piece has been applied and intergrated to the top area. This adds thickness and give's the appearance of fullness and length and addresses the crown to hairline and parting area which has never been achieved before now. Marni's Experience

Marni's hair is very fine and receding through fringe and very sparse on top. We have been getting Marni own hair back into conditions as it was over bleached when she first came to Westend hair. Euro texture (Premium factory processed from Italy) hair has been applied. We use 3 layers in the back of her hair and one of our custom made top pieces attached to Marin's' part-line which falls over the crown area also giving volume through the top back.
Marni is able to wear her hair straight or wavy, she manages her own hair very well.
